It is International Sherry Week from November 2nd to 8th, which means there are more than a thousand lovely sherry-related events taking place in 25 countries all over the world.
In the UK, lots of tapas bars and Spanish restaurants are offering tastings and pairing menus – just have a look at the programme to find out what’s going near you.
In London, José Pizarro’s restaurants, Tapas Revolution, Drakes Tabanco and Copita are just a few of the places taking part. In Cardiff, events at Bar 44 include a tasting dinner on Tuesday, November 3, with sherries from Bodegas Urium.
